**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Quality Excellence Partner with Allied Health and NDIS experience for an exciting 12-month maternity leave contract. The role will be to ensure the successful planning, coordinating and implementation of projects that involve our governance and quality frameworks.

We are looking for someone who has experience with the full life cycle of project management, who can effectively deliver work that helps us to continue to be leaders our industry and deliver the best possible outcomes for those we support. With a focus on service excellence and quality you will be responsible for the following;
- Review, improve and maintain Ability Actions service delivery and quality frameworks
- To review and maintain overarching delivery policies and procedures ensuring they align with current service delivery requirements
- Ensure our divisional frameworks align to the overarching governance framework
- Analyse data and provide performance insights and recommendations
- Support preparations and participation in external audits including assisting in the process if required
- Works with the business to ensure areas for approvement are identified and addressed
- Support the achievement of the NDIS governance objectives within AAA
- Undertake tasks that support the achievement of service delivery
- Guides development and implementation of a fit-for-purpose change management approach.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- We are looking for someone with and Allied Health background or project or quality experience within Allied Health or the NDIS sector
- Experience with the NDIS
- Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages of completion
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Willingness to keep up to date with developments in the NDIS and how this impacts our governance
- Ability to travel to Honeysuckle Health offices, as required for stakeholder engagement and project activities.
- Advanced level computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Passion to deliver on our promise to provide to best possible service to our participants
