- Coach, mentor, and uplift team capability across all levels to drive high standards and continuous improvement.
**About You**:
You are passionate about quality improvement and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to compliance and regulatory standards. Your background in compliance, safety, or a similar area in the education or childcare sector will be critical to your success. You are a proactive communicator, skilled in identifying operational gaps, and excel at guiding teams towards best-practice service delivery.
- 3-5 years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or regulatory roles in the Education and Care sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law, NQS, and Child Protection legislation.

**What we can offer you**:
- A community centred organisation that cares for its people and the chance to build brighter futures for children.
- Access to 24/7 Employee Assist Programs.
- Discounted outside school hours care and holiday program.
- A place where you can let your personality shine.

As part of our recruitment process, we conduct thorough background checks, reference checks and appropriate screening on all potential employees to ensure that they share our commitment to safeguarding and have not been involved in any activities that could put children at risk._
