**About the Role**
We’re looking for a **Plumbing Project Scheduler** who thrives on structure, planning, and making things happen. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind scheduling installations, coordinating trades and suppliers, keeping jobs running smoothly, and ensuring each project hits its targets.

You’ll work closely with our Project Coordinators and Operations Manager to build timelines, track job progress, maintain cost margins, and support the overall project pipeline. This is a high-impact role that requires a proactive mindset, great problem-solving skills, and a passion for logistics and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and manage installation schedules across multiple projects
- Liaise daily with contractors, clients, and internal teams to align timelines and resources
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Monitor job costs and performance to ensure margins are hit
- Build and refine processes that drive operational efficiency
- Stay hands-on with every project — troubleshooting issues, removing roadblocks, and keeping things moving
- Keep the project pipeline flowing in coordination with our Project Coordinators
- Provide clear, accurate reporting to the Operations Manager

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in project scheduling, coordination or logistics (plumbing/construction highly regarded)
- A sharp eye for detail and a passion for keeping projects running like clockwork
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities and multiple moving parts
- Comfortable holding people accountable and making sure work gets done right
- Clear and confident communicator with clients, trades, and colleagues
- Process-driven, tech-savvy, and solutions-focused (Service Titan experience is a plus)
- A team player who’s also happy to take the lead when needed
