They have an ambitious yet realistic plan for continued growth in both the local and global markets. Joining the global marketing team based in Sydney, they are searching for a creative individual to support their product, sales, and commercial teams across the ANZ region. **About the role** The Marketing Manager will be responsible for key regional product launches, customer communication, branding, promotional activities, customer events, competitor monitoring, and sales support. In addition, this position will be responsible for budget management and execution. A close collaboration between regional Product, Sales, Legal, Account Management, and Finance teams will be essential to fulfil the requirements of the role. Your desire for insights and the need for the "voice of customer" will be imperative to your success. Both will help you shape your direction and equally develop and deliver effective marketing outcomes that are aligned with the needs and expectations of the customers. Therefore, you will need to be confident in your approach with talking to stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally - with strong presentation skills. Your ability to listen is key. The Marketing Manager will partner closely with the Marketing team, located at the company's HQ in the USA. This role is pivotal to ensuring all ANZ marketing programs stay aligned with the overall global marketing strategy but have the right local tone. Therefore, you should have the ability to think strategically as well as execute perfectly, to ensure on-time content delivery. You will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies for all product launches within Australia and New Zealand, managing the development and execution of all marketing campaigns, coordinating creative projects, overseeing placement and effectiveness of creative assets, developing and creating content for sales enablement, maintaining and sharing knowledge on applicable advertising standards, and managing the merchandise & promotional inventory. This position plays a crucial role in realising our _client_'s growth vision. Its responsibilities and purpose include formulating and executing the marketing strategy that aligns marketing outcomes with the business's growth objectives. You will have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in marketing, project management, communications, business, or similar. You should understand the complexity of working within a matrix structure; with your global head of marketing line manager sitting overseas, and your local MD reporting line, locally. You must be an experienced Marketing Manager with a track record of achievement, both creative and commercial. You must thrive on making a difference in your work and collaborating with your peers on the best strategy.
