**Your Career**

We’re looking for a results-oriented, performance-driven Marketing leader to run the marketing operation for our Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region. You will partner with the Regional Vice President and ANZ leadership team and, JAPAC marketing leadership team, along with your regional sales teams, GTM leads and channel ecosystem. You will lead the cross-functional integration of the full Marketing portfolio to drive the strategic goals of the ANZ business plan and deliver quality pipeline with a target contribution for the business.

**Your Impact**
- Lead the cross-functional integration of the full Marketing portfolio to drive the strategic goals of the ANZ business plan
- Provide advice, insight and direction to the ANZ leadership team on the pipeline, bookings and overall performance of key business metrics
- Play an advisory role to the leadership team on key market issues/insights that open new value creation opportunities and assemble and lead cross functional working teams to harness disruptive first-mover moments in ANZ
- Establish new business partnerships in the industry that support our strategic goals and lead the strategy for industry alliances in ANZ
- Lead the design and execution of strategic brand presence and sponsorships to elevate our brand presence and deliver clear outcomes for our ANZ business
- Lead a holistic industry advocacy program which extends beyond customer advocacy that ultimately builds an influencer community
- Orchestrate and manage the budget being invested in ANZ - Proactively seek out opportunities to drive incremental investments and funding from alternative sources to ensure maximum investment in key needle moving programs
- Operate effectively within a matrix structure where multiple stakeholders and business/budget owners have input and to be able to drive desired outcomes through strong relationships and collaboration
- Lead the performance and development of the ANZ Marketing team to ensure they execute with excellence - Guide, coach, champion the successes and recognition of the team and, act as a strong conduit between global, theater and regional marketing teams
- Proactively seek out opportunities to be a brand advocate and voice for the ANZ business - This includes participating in public speaking engagements, industry forums, tradeshows and conferences, as well as driving awareness as an employer of choice

**Qualifications**:
**Your Experience**
- 10 years+ best-in-class marketing experience within a Cybersecurity, high tech or fast-paced B2B, marketing environment, preferably with an understanding of security and its role in the future of technology
- A strong influencer and collaborator, comfortable with executive-level stakeholder management
- Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
- “Do whatever it takes” attitude - A unique and proven ability to develop strategy and execute, day in and day out, at an incredibly high level against consistent results
- Excellent project management skills as well as exceptional attention to detail
- Excel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, problem solving and have a bias for action
- Good communication skills to advocate for needs of stakeholders and mobilize cross functional teams
- Strategic thinker that can align plans to drive an outcome
- Provide consultative input to senior sales and marketing leaders
- Solid understanding of business management and operations, including finance/revenue/pipeline principles
- Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) and running C-level executive programs
- People management experience is essential
- Strong understanding of digital marketing is essential
- Willingness to learn, embrace challenges, persist in the face of setbacks,
