Entry Level Leasing Consultant

**The Opportunity**:
Founded in 2008, we are a premier real estate agency based in Sydney and dedicated to providing exceptional service and expertise to our clients in the dynamic property market.
Due to growth, we are searching for an enthusiastic individual to assist in all aspects of the day-to-day operations. The role is on a full-time basis, which will include a Saturday shift.
**The Role**:
As a leasing consultant, you will support, and in turn, be taught the art of Real Estate Property Management by our highly experienced Owner.
Your initial day-to-day activities will include:
- Leasing of rental properties
- Assistance with repairs and maintenance
- Inspection reports
- Regular inspections and open homes
- Administration duties
- Assisting property managers and the team
**The Expertise**:
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
- Have a current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.
- Full NSW Driver’s License
- Previous real estate experience is an advantage but not essential
- Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic
- Strong professional presentation
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- General computer skills
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
