**About the Role**
Join our dynamic team as a Lead Casino Inspector, where you’ll be responsible for conducting casino-based inspections and coordinating operational activities to ensure regulatory compliance with applicable legislation and other obligations in casino operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct timely, risk-based inspections, including weekend and late-night shifts, as well as comprehensive desktop reviews to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate and support operational activities to meet service delivery targets.
- Prepare, present, and review evidence, reports, and submissions to inform decision-making in line with legislative requirements.
- Provide education and advice to stakeholders to ensure understanding and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Maintain accurate records and report inspection activities to inform progress and decision-making.
- Track and report on responses to inspection findings and recommendations, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure they understand their obligations and are on track to meet required standards.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of policies, procedures, and standards to enhance compliance quality and efficiency.
**To be successful you will have**:
- Solid experience in compliance roles, particularly in a diverse regulatory and legislative environment.
- Strong understanding of legislative frameworks and experience with casino operations compliance.

**Essential requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Willingness and availability to meet the shift-work requirements of the role.
- A current Class C Driver Licence
