**Head of Finance**. The Head of Finance plays a crucial role in strategic decision-making, collaborating with other departments to ensure financial alignment with organisational goals. Their responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, risk management, and maintaining the fiscal health of the business.

**What you do -**
- Take charge of the financial strategy and planning to drive sustainable growth.
- Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes with a keen eye on financial performance.
- Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets and maintain financial integrity.
- Provide insightful analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

**What you need -**
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting and a member of CA/ CPA or ACCA status.
- Minimum 5 years post qualification experience
- Demonstrated record of identifying & implementing process improvements
