**Your new role**
Reporting into the Cluster Finance Head the key focus areas of this important role are
- Management of 1 direct report
- Enable Business Support & Business Partnering
- Lead & Drive Analytics
- Latest Estimates, Financials Closure & Audit
- Internal Controls and Compliance
- Funds management and timely payment to vendors and employees.
- Working on process improvements and automations
- Transfer Pricing Regulations
- Profit improvement initiates

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong background in accounting, tax and business partnering/commercial analysis
- CA (India) plus CA in Australia preferable
- 12 - 15 years of experience
- Experience in Pharma or FMCG preferable
- Hands on role experience (only 1 direct report)
- Good team player and staff manager/mentor
