As the **practice and growth lead**, you will lead a team of customer obsessed business developers and account managers, all working to expand our market presence and deliver outstanding people solutions to our clients delivered through our **technology enabled talent delivery capability**.

**Are you the leader we seek**? You are passionate about building new client relationships and fostering existing partnerships providing specialist technology, projects & transformation talent (primarily contracting) while growing, nurturing, and leading a team of sales and customer professionals.

We want to hear your own journey in sales, business development, and leadership, demonstrating a passion for prospecting, relationship building and solving customer problems from a recruitment and talent perspective. Your ability to build trust and relationships will be evident in your past sales success, backed by consistent revenue and GP growth.
