**About the role**

**The Tasting Room** at the East End Cellars is seeking an experienced **Wine Bar Supervisor **to join the existing management team and help oversee the day-to-day operations of our premium wine bar located in the heart of Adelaide's CBD. As a full-time position, this role will be responsible for managing a team of passionate Food and Beverage attendants and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

**What you'll be doing**
- Supervising and leading a team of Food and Beverage attendant to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Implementing and maintaining effective operational procedures to ensure smooth service
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing training and development opportunities for our FOH team to enhance their skills
- Liaising with the Restaurant Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
- Some knowledge of wine varietals and tasting profiles would be beneficial
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing a high-quality experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle challenges effectively
- Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
