**Responsibilities**:
Work from home 1 day a week

Base + Super + Uncapped Commission (HUGE Earning Potential)

IQPC have a number of entry level sales roles on offer at present. Your day will see you researching and calling prospective delegates or sponsors. Liaising with the marketing and production teams and working towards individual and team targets. ALL TRAINING PROVIDED.

Our amazing clients include some of the biggest brands in B2B, including Cisco, IBM, Qlik, Salesforce, Zoom to name just a few.

So what are you doing:
The role is a hybrid of inbound and outbound sales which gives you a lot of variety in your role. You will be;
- Research companies and generate call lists for potential clients
- Identify, call, qualify and sell to a potential delegates or sponsors in accordance with IQPC sales methodologies
- Attend sales brief meetings and follow-up briefs with conference producer
- Develop and deliver value proposition (VP) with Sales Manager for each conference sold
- Work closely with Sales Manager to achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
- Build strong customer relations with clients to ensure repeat and ongoing business

- The ability to work in a fast paced highly commercial environment
- A strong communicator with the ability to engage with senior-level decision makers on the phone, or via virtual meetings
- Strong client focus and relationship development experience to drive customer retention and key account management
