**The Opportunity**

Our client enjoys a high community profile with an excellent position on Ferntree Gully Road and brings unparalleled technology, dedication and a real passion for customer service. They work as a team to offer maximum coverage to their clients in the sale & management of property, enabling them to achieve excellent results for their landlords and top prices for their vendors.

**The Role**

This role is for a Commercial Property Manager who is confident in their skill set and have successfully managed commercial, retail and industrial property for a minimum of 3 years. This is an established 268 rent rolls that has been well maintained and is heavily relationship based as the clients are long term investors.

Support and ongoing training will be provided to ensure you have the tools necessary for success in this position with the potential for future career development.

Someone with 4+ years’ experience in residential property management will also be considered.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Process options and increases
- Liaise with landlords and tenants
- Conduct final inspections
- Monitor property expenditure and invoicing
- Ensure all supporting documents, e.g. leases / disclosure statements are in place
- Other duties as may be required by the Directors
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, customers, and contractors.
- Minimise rental arrears of the managed portfolio

**About You**
- Strong Commercial Property Management (3+ years) or 4+ years in residential property management
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Excellent attention to details and a sense of pride in your work
- Efficient, tech savvy, and wants to be a part of building a strong office culture
- Strong Communication Skills both written and verbal
- Professional Presentation
