ABOUT US

In 1978 Kitchen Kapers opened as a retail store in Crows Nest and the same Australian owned and operated family business has evolved into one of Australia’s leading independent hospitality and catering suppliers.

In 2019, having outgrown Crows Nest, Kitchen Kapers relocated to Artarmon. Our much larger premises combine our showroom, warehouse and distribution centre and on site parking for our customers. This allowed us to offer better service, a greater range of product and a faster deliveries.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As the business grows with demand for products increasing, Kitchen Kapers has an opportunity for a Warehouse Assistant to join the team in Artarmon.

You will be responsible for manually picking and packaging orders, general upkeep of the warehouse and stock duties.

General Duties:

- Ensuring and maintaining warehouse and workspace cleanliness.
- Completing orders with a high level of accuracy.
- Adhering to workplace policies and procedures.
- Stocktaking and stock orders.
- General housekeeping duties.
- Warm and friendly attitude.
- Quick learner.
- The ability to work both autonomously and efficiently.
- Great attention to detail.
- Great problem solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
- Comfortable using computers.
