Supply Chain Support plays a key role in managing and optimizing supply chain operations, inventory control, and logistics processes. This role involves collaborating with various internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery and proper allocation of goods. The coordinator will support the Supply Chain Manager in maintaining operational efficiency and implementing policies and procedures for safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

**Your Main Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Communicate with Factory Manager, Supply Chain Coordinator and factory staff to establish production material requirements.
- Coordinate timely delivery of purchase orders, including communication of timelines to the Factory Manager, Supply Chain Coordinator.
- Organize and assist in regular stocktakes to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Receive stock following company policy to maintain system item costs.
- Manage ordering, receiving, and storing of supplies in the warehouse or supply room.
- Pick, pack, and label jobs for dispatch or pick-up.
- Coordinate with approved vendors to reorder routine supplies and manage related documentation (purchase orders, requisitions, etc.).
- Keep Sales Support informed on delays or improvements in shipping timelines.
- Coordinate transportation of goods, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with shipping regulations.
- Assist in processing and managing Purchase Orders (POs) and receiving in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with approved vendors to optimize freight rates and services based on project requirements.
- Ensure alignment of inventory capacity with short-term and long-term demand, in collaboration with Sales and Operations.

**Qualifications**
- 4+ years of experience in purchasing, logistics, supply chain, or distribution management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in inventory management and ERP systems.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional planning and time management skills.
- Forklift Certification.

**Ideal Experience**:

- Experience with incoiving.
- Manual License.
