About Meditative Mind

Join one of the world's leading meditation music channels with millions of followers across YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music and other platforms. We create healing frequency music, solfeggio frequencies, mantra chants, and chakra healing soundscapes that bring peace and mindfulness to people's lives globally.

This isn't just any PA role - you'll be supporting the operations behind music that genuinely helps people in their mindfulness journey and find inner peace.

What You'll Be Doing

Admin and Operations:

  • Support content coordination across platforms, schedule social media, app content.
  • Assist with release scheduling and promotional activities
  • Maintain organized systems for our extensive music catalog.
  • File / Manage rights on various platforms.
  • Handle customer communications
  • Manage invoices, bills, contracts and other official documentations
  • Run errands (mail collection, studio and warehouse upkeeping), co-ordination with external vendors etc
  • Support whatever needs doing - we believe in getting things done properly

November Focus:

  • Major event coordination requiring full availability Mon-Fri in first half of November
What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

  • Full Australian driver's license
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Reliable, honest, and takes accountability seriously
  • Willing to handle any task required to get the job done right, including local travel in Sydney.

Ideal Background:

  • Interest in meditation, wellness, or music industry (passion over experience)
  • Background in event management or creative industries is a bonus

Personal Qualities:

  • Self-motivated - we don't micromanage
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable with varied responsibilities
  • Takes genuine pride in contributing to work that helps people find peace and healing
What We Offer

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $38-42/hour (casual loading included)
  • Flexible casual hours typically averaging 15-25 hours/week
  • Schedule varies based on business needs and priorities
