Warehouse Assistant/Sales Assistant:

  • Reporting any stock discrepancies or issues.
  • Strong verbal communication for handling customer interactions.
  • Written communication for handling transactions and paperwork.

Basic Computer Skills:

  • Use of inventory management systems.
  • Update records on stock levels and product locations.

Time Management:

  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.

Safety Awareness:

  • Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols.
  • Adherence to health and safety guidelines.

Teamwork:

  • Ability to work well within a team environment.

Customer Service Skills:

  • Ability to interact with customers and address their needs.
  • Provide helpful information and solutions to queries.

Cash Handling:

  • Experience with handling cash and operating a cash register or POS system.

Flexibility:

  • Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including varying days of the week. Workdays may change based on business needs.

Problem-Solving:

  • Ability to resolve customer issues or complaints efficiently and professionally.
