Cool Group Australia — a trusted name in Victoria since 1999 — is seeking a driven and experienced **Sales Manager** to lead growth across our three thriving business divisions:

- **Cool Aqua Spring** - Eastern Victoria’s leading spring water supplier
- **Cool Aqua Filters** - Residential and commercial filtration systems
- **Cool Promotions** - Custom-branded uniforms, signage, and promotional products

**About the Role**:
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading a small team, and expanding our customer base across diverse product lines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and lead strategic sales initiatives across all product categories
- Train, motivate, and manage a results-driven sales team
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and key accounts
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings and marketing
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reporting, and insights

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ **Strategic Sales Leadership** - A proven track record in driving growth, inspiring teams, and exceeding KPIs across multiple product categories
✔ **Customer-Centric Approach** - Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to provide tailored solutions that foster long-term relationships
✔ **B2B & Retail Sales Expertise** - Experience managing key accounts, identifying business opportunities, and delivering value across various industries

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 5+ years of experience in sales or sales management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience in water products, appliances, or promotional goods is highly regarded
- Mandarin or bilingual skills are a **bonus**, due to the growing demand within Chinese-speaking communities
- Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
