**The Role**

**Hoskings **is fast approaching the busiest and most exciting time of the year. With Christmas around the corner, we are currently seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Seasonal Casual Retail Assistants to join our team for the festive period.

We are recruiting Christmas Casuals to work in our store at our **Goldsmith Mid Valley store**, from **November 2024** until **Early January 2025.**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using key selling skills; focusing on KPIs to maximise each selling opportunity.
- Confidently promote products and services to provide an unforgettable customer experience and encourage customer loyalty.
- Support with all store operational tasks including stock management, operating the till system and handling financial transactions.
- Support your Manager and team by complying with all store policies and procedures, to keep the wider team and customers safe

**The individual**

We are looking for passionate and motivated team players who ideally have the following attributes:

- Experience within a retail or customer service environment.
- An understanding of or passion for Jewellery.
- A high level of communication skills both written and verbal.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Is passionate about providing the highest level of customer service.
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Must have full availability to work between November 2023- January 2024, including extended trade, weekends, and public holidays.
