Inbound Residential Sales Consultant

This exciting opportunity provides support to sales team who oversee all residential services provided to new and existing customers of Aussie Broadband.

This role is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week, on a rotating roster between Monday to Friday, 8am to 11pm, and Saturday to Sunday 9am to 8pm.

The Residential Sales Consultant provides support to sales team who oversee all residential services provided to new and existing customers of Aussie Broadband.

You'll be involved in the following activities and outcomes:

• Meeting the prescribed standards and call handling targets and measures
• Maximising revenue and achieving commission through selling procedures
• Identifying customer's needs through questioning techniques, product usage analysis and the application of standard procedures
• Providing a range of products and services information to customers to enable them to make an informed decision.
• Meeting the required sales targets based upon opportunity.
• Accurate data entry of customer details into CMS systems
• Escalating customer complaints in accordance with the Aussie Broadband policy and procedures
