Australian Trade Training College Ltd has been a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) since 2006. We deliver a variety of courses ranging from Certificate I level to Diplomas under Apprenticeship/Traineeship arrangements, VETiS (Vocational Education and Training in Schools), Certificate 3 Guarantee (C3G) and Fee for Service. Due to growth and expansion in the Toowoomba region, we are seeking an energetic, articulate and experienced RTO Administration Officer to join our Administration team full-time. If you have the drive to excel, are motivated and passionate about your work we want to hear from you

**About the role**:
As an RTO Administration Officer you will be supporting Head of Departments and Trainers to manage and support students throughout all stages of their training from enquiries/enrolments to completion. This includes (but not limited to) processing of enrolments, resulting assessments, issuing training notices and processing completions and certificate issuance.

**What you will bring**:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- A pro-active approach to problem-solving by streamlining processes
- A great work ethic and adaptability
- Student Management System (SMS) experience
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite including ‘Teams’
- Willingness to grow and expand

**Highly Desirable**:

- Proven RTO administration experience
- Experience with Government funding
- Student Management System experience
