This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive and purpose-driven aged care provider to coordinate the procurement of goods and services and the management of supply contracts and service contractors to enable the efficient and effective operation of Respect services.
This position can be based in either Victoria, NSW or Tasmania.
The Procurement Manager will implement, oversee, and improve a procurement framework that includes relevant and sustainable policies, procedures, sourcing strategies, risk assessments and tactical plans. The role will work collaboratively with Respect services and departments to assist in achieving purchasing requirements effectively, with mínimal risk, within budget and in line with the agreed procurement framework.

**What you can bring to the role**:

- Tertiary qualification/s in Business (or a related discipline).
- Previous experience with procurement, contracting, logistics and/or business administration.
- A minimum of 4 years of senior management experience in a multi-disciplinary business environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel.
- Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).

**Desirable**:

- An understanding of the Aged Care industry and best practice.
