**The Opportunity**
- The Procurement Manager will lead the delivery of complex sourcing initiatives and provide expert advice across a wide range of spend categories. This role is key to driving value-for-money outcomes, improving procurement practices, and supporting business operations through effective sourcing strategies, data analysis, and reporting.
- This role requires strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.

**What you will deliver**
- Lead end-to-end procurement, including tenders, evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards.
- Provide expert advice across goods, services, and construction-related categories.
- Manage a forward procurement pipeline and monitor compliance through data analysis.
- Maintain accurate records for audit, probity, and accountability.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement, reporting, and contract management.

**What you will bring**
- Qualifications in commerce, business, law, finance, procurement or equivalent experience.
- Proven procurement experience in commercial, government, or large organisations.
- Expertise in complex contracts and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience leading teams and delivering process improvements and best practices.
