**RPL Pathways **- Through our established RPL program, we will support you in converting your valuable experience gained over the years in offshore drilling into key Onshore Oil and Gas Drilling and Well Servicing qualifications.

**Even Time Rosters** - enjoy your well-earned rest for the exact length of time you’ve been at work for With Harness, you will work to Family friendly even time rosters of 2/2 or 3/3 rotations with our esteemed Tier-1 Drilling clients.

**Exposure to Diverse Drilling Rigs** - our clients run exciting short

Multiple Motorhand / Lead Floorhand
Multiple Floorhand

**Key Requirements / Skills**:
Valid Driver's Licence.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- Previous experience in physically demanding roles.
- Prior FIFO or DIDO Experience
- Willing to mobilise as required.
- Good communications skills.
- Safety oriented and environmentally aware
- Great Team Player
