We are seeking an Experienced VET Trainer & Assessor to deliver Certificate III in Individual Support.

The person we are looking for will believe in nurturing and empowering people on their path to a meaningful career. You will be passionate about training and have the industry knowledge and experience to support student learning.

Key Performance Criteria:

- Inspire and deliver the program units using your extensive knowledge, past experience, and guided by our comprehensive learning materials.
- Provide support and feedback to ensure successful completion of programs
- Monitor, mark, and conduct student assessments
- Participate in assessment validation, moderation and continuous improvement
- Conduct workplace visits while the students are on placement

Qualifications and Experience
- A strong passion for the aged care sector
- Keen interest in teaching others about Aged Care industry
- Confidence and motivation to deliver face to face education
- Sensitivity and ability to adapt teaching styles to students of different cultural backgrounds
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional time management and multi-tasking abilities
- A high level of attention to detail
- Commitment, flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work as part of a growing team
- Continuing professional development
- Certificate III in Individual Support
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $52.23 - $62.22 per hour

Expected hours: 5.5 per week

- Ringwood North, VIC 3134: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
