Troocoo are proud to be partnering with a dynamic and innovative organisation. We are searching for an Accounts Payable Officer to support this hard working and inclusive team based in Brisbane CBD.

The position of Accounts Payable Officer is a critical role within the organisation which will work within the broader finance team. You will support the organisation from an end-to-end accounts payable function. Key responsibilities include:

- Setup all new vendors and ensure all information is accurate and bank account details recorded.
- Capture accounts payable and submit for approval in accordance with the prevailing finance function framework, ensuring material items are known to the broader finance team for cash flow purposes.
- Carry out processing function including invoice entry
- Reconcile accounts when required.
- Ensure the correct filing of invoices
- Assist in general finance tasks, including report preparation, journals, and EOM tasks
- Give assistance to any internal or external customers as required.
- Become familiar with and adhere to the company’s and finance Departments Quality Policies and systems.
- Ensure all credit card statements are reconciled and entered by month end
