**Let's get straight to the details...**

In this impactful role you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of strategic projects that form LSA Elevate. LSA Elevate is a strategic program of work endorsed by our board to enhance our existing Person-Centred Service Delivery Model that will lead to improved outcomes for Lifetime Support Scheme (LSS) participants.

You will plan, lead and evaluate multiple discrete and specific projects designed to increase independence of LSS participants. In doing this role you will present to the steering committee, consult with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure project risks and issues are managed effectively; key milestones are met; and project outcomes are delivered on time and within budget. You will have a key focus on enhancing the existing service delivery model.

**The experience we are looking for...**

To be successful in our position you will have:

- Proven experience successfully leading complex person-centred service delivery focused projects.
- Ability to lead a team, providing support to meet deliverables, challenging team members in a constructive way, and adding value in a collaborative environment.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to actively, accurately, and effectively communicate with a broad range of people at all levels. This includes providing advice, reports and recommendations to senior management, and board level executives.
- Significant change management experience ideally within a person-centred service delivery context.

**Remuneration**:ASO8 ($121,107 - $125,679) + Superannuation.
