We are currently seeking an agile and purpose-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role that directly reports to the Executive Business Manager, offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, values-driven organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Strategic Marketing & Brand Development**
- Develop and implement 360° marketing strategies aligned with company goals across digital, retail, and international channels.
- Lead seasonal and product-specific marketing campaigns, ensuring strong brand storytelling and value propositions across platforms.
- Partner with product development and commercial teams to deliver compelling go-to-market plans for new product launches.

**Digital & Contractor Oversight**
- Manage and guide our external digital marketing contractor to deliver optimal outcomes across SEO, SEM, paid ads, and social content.
- Supervise field marketing execution by our merchandising contractor to ensure in-store brand visibility and compliance.
- Evaluate the performance of outsourced partners to ensure cost-effective, high-impact marketing outcomes.

**Customer & Trade Engagement**
- Own and manage the CRM system - maintaining accurate records, tracking customer journey touchpoints, and supporting B2B engagement and lead nurturing.
- Coordinate trade show marketing, promotions, and POS materials in collaboration with export and sales teams.
- Lead preparation of sales decks, brochures, brand kits, and presentations for both domestic and export accounts.

**Performance & Insights**
- Analyse campaign metrics and prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and consumer behaviours.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and deliver consistency across all marketing and customer-facing touchpoints.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Marketing Specialist or Marketing Coordinator role, preferably in FMCG, health food, or export-led industries.
- Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, and contractor/vendor management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and B2B customer management.
- Excellent project management, copywriting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Graphic design capabilities (Adobe, Canva, WPS) are desirable but not essential.
- Passion for sustainability, wellness, or plant-based food innovation is highly regarded.
