Let's talk about the role:
Coordinating the system administration of our LMS and compliance e-learning suite and managing our external content provider, you will bring your systems experience, interest in learning, and great organisation and people skills to the fore. This is a role that operates autonomously but not alone. As a member of the Organisation Capability team you will be part of a group focussed on the learning, capability and engagement of our business. You will have the opportunity to design and enhance our collateral and communication with the employee experience at the heart.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the caretaker of our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Be responsible for the administration of our compliance learning suite in our LMS, including the upload of SCORM files to LMS, and UAT and pre-release testing
- Implement and manage the time and sequencing of our course approach, as directed by compliance calendar
- Be the conduit between our external e-learning content provider and internal SME’s
- Set up and execution of campaigns and audiences in Workday, as directed by compliance
- Escalation for any LMS AskHR Queries
- Establish and oversee process for Responsible Managers and individuals to upload CPD and other inputs into LMS
- Ongoing management in the LMS (inc. data entry)
- Adhoc management and curation of non-compliance learning content for LMS and People Hub
- Registering and managing invites and attendance at learning sessions, as hoc
- Support learning team with post production document management on people hub
- Supporting the admin and calendar for induction, and other enterprise learning
- Support the learning and people ops team with ad hoc reporting and data insights
- Day-to-day management of our recognition system

Let's talk about you
- Experience with Workday or other Learning Management System
- Strong planning, organising skills
- Reporting and Microsoft office skills
- Detail oriented
- Experience managing and influencing business stakeholders
- A strong employee experience lens to data and insights gathering
- Experience in learning admin role, or working as part of a broader learning team
- A love for problem solving, finding efficiencies and improving processes
