Dream Maker Community Services is looking for an experienced and exceptional HR Manager on a full time basis to join our team.
Role and Responsibility
- Run end to end recruitment processes
- Employee on-boarding and inductions
- HR Administration and ad hoc duties
- Ensuring all employee records are maintained accurately and in a timely manner
- Produce reports on a regular basis
- Provide advice on employment conditions and other processes undertaken by the business in respect to employee relations

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- Tertiary qualifications in either Human Services, Business Administration, Management.
- 1 year of experience in similar HR role
- Demonstrated high-level written and verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated superior skills in mediation and negotiation, collaboration, and consultation
- A can-do attitude and ability to display clear communication to internal and external stakeholders

Desirable
- Be familiar with HR Programs
- Experience with grievance and disciplinary procedures
- Management experience in a related area

**Education**:

- Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative & Business Operations Occupations: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- National Police Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
