Centric Process Automation is a growing company who provides Automation Solutions to industries in the business of Breweries, Beverages, Food manufacturing and Dairy.

A 100% Australian owned company located at Olympic Park NSW.

This role will suit someone that has a strong accounting background in AP and AR who would be happy working casual hours. The position is reporting and working directly with the Finance Manager.

**The role and responsibilities**:

- Matching supplier invoices to purchase orders in QBO and in CRM.
- Processing supplier invoices/credit notes to QBO accounting system and CRM.
- Process and ensure that all supplier invoices are ready to be paid on time, weekly, 45days and 30 days due.
- Reconciling supplier statements in the first week of every month, request statements and copies of missing invoices.
- Reconcile company credit card statement and process all receipts into QBO for month end.
- Assist with employees’ monthly expenses claims.
- Manage and keep up to date the Motor Vehicle schedule, be responsible for paying car registrations and insurance cover, CTP slip, on time.
- Clear Creditor payment batch in QBO once paid.
- Achieve month end cut off within given deadlines.
- Assist with the collection of debtors and updating of customer details.
- Process customer payments in QBO, chase remittance advices.
- Any other task required in relation to the position.
- General administration, data entry.
- Any ad-hoc duties as directed by the Finance Manager.

**About you**:
Can do attitude.
- Able to multi-task, work autonomously.
- Possess excellent eye and focus to detail.
- Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable is a must.
- 3-5 years in a similar role an advantage.
- Excellent time and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal, listening and communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office, Excel essential.
- Experience in QBO an advantage.
- Able to start as soon as possible.

Position offers:
Casual hours on a weekly basis - these may vary depending on the workload.

Flexible working arrangements - Hybrid

Hourly rate between $41 p/h and $44 p/hr depending on experience.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sydney Olympic Park, NSW 2127
