**About the opportunity**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Human Resource Advisor to join our supportive HR team who are committed to making a difference to the lives of the people we support.

A true generalist position, you’ll partner with the business and provide generalist HR support to the organisation.

You’ll also provide support and advice to People Leaders on performance, conduct, change management, Award interpretation and employment conditions.

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- Demonstrated experience and/or tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- Experience working with e-recruitment/HRM systems
- Focus on continuous improvement with a natural curiosity to identify and improve HR/workforce processes, systems and outcomes
- Willingness to support and embrace Identitywa's core values
