Continued growth and investment has created a role in Sales Development to target the Enterprise market in ANZ. The **Sales Development Representative role** is an exciting starting point for a long, rewarding and lucrative Sales career with a SaaS company that puts people first. Starting with our award-winning new hire bootcamp, you will be equipped with all the necessary training and tools to succeed as a key part of OwnBackup's go-to-market strategy.
As an SDR, you will build out your network and be the first touch point for new customers keen to utilise our leading cloud data protection platform. In a fast growing team, we offer a clear path for progress within our business and an opportunity to choose your path as your skills develop.
**Your Day-to-Day Role**:
- Conduct research to identify the needs and scale of an opportunity
- Navigate large Enterprise accounts mapping out relevant personas
- Schedule qualified leads for AE follow ups
- Personalise communications to high-value leads
- Maintain active engagement with prospects and provide feedback on how to better improve your funnel and performance

- Any Salesforce CRM experience
- Experience in an outbound sales role
