We are seeking a Temporary Customer Service and Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Eastern Suburbs. **The Role**

Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven experience within customer service with key responsibilities including:

- Assist customers with order processing, product information, and issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the team.
- Support the administrative team with data entry, filing, and other general administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries and provide necessary follow-up.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has very strong administration experience and is passionate about building relationships with others. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic to thrive in this fast-paced environment.
