**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Sourcing Consultant within Origin’s Procurement Team, you will play a key role in driving value through strategic sourcing and procurement activities. Reporting to the Sourcing Lead, this position is integral to delivering Origin’s objectives and purpose by leveraging expertise in Procurement & Supply Chain. You will work closely with stakeholders across all Origin business units to ensure procurement strategies align with the company's values and goals.

- Develop and implement strategic sourcing frameworks to support business units in driving value creation.
- Execute sourcing frameworks and processes that deliver high-value outcomes.
- Enhance sourcing strategies and service requests across all business units to maximize value creation.
- Contribute to monthly value realization metrics for the Procurement Insight Dashboard.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business units, developing effective sourcing strategies and commercial propositions for specific categories.
- Ensure efficient and effective execution of sourcing activities that align with business value definitions.
- Champion best practices to support value creation and long-term sustainment.

**ABOUT YOU**:
To be successful in this role you will come with demonstratable Procurement experience with proven capability to negotiate large contracts and manage a diverse range of suppliers and services within Indirect categories.

- Experience working across indirect categories including corporate, P&C, technology and retail.
- Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of factors influencing procurement outcomes, risks, and mitigants.
- Exceptional supplier engagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
