**The Company**
20 years experience | 15 staff | Sydney based | National investment focus | commercial property & private debt
The group is made up of individuals with investment banking, private equity, and direct property funds management.
A current track record exceeding $3bn in transactions across property and debt, with a focus on total returns.
**The Opportunity**
A newly created role reporting to Head of Real Estate.
Undertaking end-to-end investment management, with direct responsibilities ranging from; building financial models around acquisition and divestments, managing due diligence, setting strategic asset plans, lease deal analysis, management and execution of value-add initiatives, and ultimate divestment.
If you have a natural financial acumen and somewhere around 5 years of experience in commercial property, this is an opportunity allowing you to build direct experience in end-to-end investment management, raising capital, investing capital, and securing financial returns.
This is an opportunity to build your personal reputation in the market, and directly manage relationships with the market at an asset level and with investors at the capital level.
$150k + STI + LTI upside.
Diversified exposure across all primary commercial property sectors.
Experienced and passionate with financial modeling, a natural ability to build relationships with strong interpersonal skills, and a thirst for gaining experience across the full spectrum of investment management in commercial property.
