Investment Manager Role

We are seeking a high-calibre Investment Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in sourcing, analysing, and executing investments across a diversified portfolio.

The successful candidate will lead investment underwriting and financial modelling for acquisition opportunities, oversee the end-to-end investment process, and conduct market research and due diligence across target sectors and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead investment underwriting and financial modelling for acquisition opportunities
  • Oversee the end-to-end investment process, from deal origination to execution and asset onboarding
  • Conduct market research and due diligence across target sectors and geographies
  • Prepare investment committee presentations and manage stakeholder reporting
  • Collaborate with development, asset management, and capital teams to ensure successful execution of investment strategies
  • Support capital raising activities and investor engagement, as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5–8 years' experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or institutional investment management
  • Strong exposure to PBSA, BTR, or hotel assets (ideally across multiple markets in ANZ)
  • Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
  • Excellent commercial judgement and stakeholder communication abilities
  • Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, economics, property, or related field
