About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Solicitor or Senior Associate to join our market-leading, growth-focused regional Private Equity Real Estate practice. This is a rare and highly sought-after opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact.

  • This role will see you working with leading global and regional private equity real estate sponsors, managers, and investors on fast-paced, varied, challenging, and complex strategic and transactional work throughout the capital structure.

The team is one of the few recognized pure-play Private Equity Real Estate offerings in the Asia Pacific market, and we maintain an enviable deal sheet and track record of firsts, biggest, and most complex transactions.

About You

You will bring a world view and a curiosity about macro events and indicators that matter to our clients. An Asia Pacific regional focus that isn't defined or limited by geographic or market boundaries is essential.

You will also be drawn to a high-performance culture and environment, commercially astute and savvy, and passionate about delivering a first-rate client experience - building long-term, sustainable client relationships.

  • Gained previous experience in private equity, funds, financing, or commercial real estate within a top-tier or other high-profile practice, ideally with exposure to the structuring of equity-styled investment into commercial real estate assets.

You may have had some experience in structuring joint ventures, funds establishment, real estate credit or debt, and other real estate investment and real estate capital market transactions.
