**About The Role**

Our client came to life in Perth, has expanded nationally and now been spotted on some of the biggest celebrities around the world. Being a fashion focused brand, they specialise in premium luxe activewear for both performance and lifestyle. Their products are a blend of both fitness and fashion, dressing every person at every size; they believe inclusivity should be a general standard. They are known for dropping limited edition collections and taking inspiration from runways around the world, prioritising high quality whilst demonstrating luxury at affordable prices.

**Responsibilities and about the role**:

- Coach and mentor your team of 12 to maintain high team morale and encourage their individual development by ensuring training and succession plans are in place.
- Ensure efficient operations of your store to achieve optimal results in sales, KPI’s, store presentation, stock levels, wage control and shrinkage.
- Motivate your team to achieve target KPI’s & added value targets across the store in a sales driven environment.
- Closely monitor store sales in order to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and yearly targets - acknowledge outstanding results and identify any areas of missed opportunity.
- Effectively manage the wage costs in store, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards.
