**The Job Role**:
They are looking for a Manager in Training for their Perth CBD location in the beautiful State Building. Learn and develop your optical skills by a skilled team before you are appointed to your own store. This role reports directly into the state leadership team, and your focus will be on leading a sales focused team who naturally enjoy exceeding customer service expectations, plus genuinely lead the way in bringing joy into every day. Extensive and comprehensive onboarding on offer so you will be able to step into your permanent store quickly.
