As the Store Manager of their Flagship location, you will lead your high performing team to success. You will focus on building and developing your leadership team's confidence in exceeding service standards while being responsible for overall store operations.

**What does the role look like**:

- Coach and drive a team of 10+ to achieve sales and kpis
- Demonstrate leadership and encourage team engagement
- Continual development of your teams service approach
- Build customer loyalty through genuine relationships
- Outstanding store presentation and creative visual appeal
- Manage store processes, policies and inventory accuracy
