They are looking for a **Senior Store Manager to lead their Perth CBD store.** Boasting a dynamic retail environment, iconic flagship store, and a robust online presence, our client continues to push boundaries and set trends, establishing itself as a global influencer in the ever-evolving landscape of street fashion.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Store Manager for 3+ years, preferably within the fashion or streetwear industry.
- Passion for streetwear and an understanding of current fashion trends.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team.
- Experience coaching teams of 20+ in a high turnover environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Confident in managing autonomously within a team focused environment.
