**About the Role**

CMY seeks a Human Resources Administration Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources team including recruitment, selection and appointment, on boarding and employee separation. This role will be the primary support for day-to-day HR administration to the wider organisation.
- Hours: 30.4 hours per week (0.8 FTE), Part Time
- Fixed Term: until 31 March 2021
- Base Salary (SCHADS Level 3) : $61,295 per annum (pro rata) plus Super and access to Salary Packaging
- (SCHADS pay rate will be in accordance with any award pay increase payable under the equal remuneration order instalments (Fair Work Decision) effective December 2020)_
- Location: CMY Carlton Office _(Due to COVID-19 restrictions, this role will require you to initially work from home)_
