An opportunity exists for an experienced Project Support Officer to join our growing New Footscray and New Melton Hospital Project team. Based at Footscray Hospital, you will provide proactive administrative support to the Director, Deputy Director and broader project team at Western Health. As an integral member of the team you will be responsible for diary management, meeting/workshop co-ordination, documentation preparation and review and other tasks required to support the Project Team.

This position is offered in a full-time capacity on a fixed term basis (3 years).

**To be Successful in this Role, you will have**:

- Experience as an Executive Assistant or Executive Officer role in similar organisation
- Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities
- Developed writing skills with the ability to review papers and other documentation efficiently
- Experience dealing with problems and complexities of a large diverse organisation
- High levels of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with multiple contacts and potentially sensitive and confidential matters
