As our project load continues to grow across Victoria, we have a great opportunity in our Project Management team for a **Project Support Officer **to contribute on our major projects. Your primary responsibilities in this role will surround reporting, budgeting and various administration tasks. This opportunity would suit someone either looking for a more varied role than your traditional administration position, or someone who is looking to commence their career and go down a Project Management career path.
With the evolving nature of work, we continue to be flexible for our employees and operate in a hybrid capacity whenever possible. We are also open to considering part-time arrangements for this role.
**Working within our experienced Project Management group, you will have the opportunity to establish and build a successful career, and get involved in**:
- Coordinating inputs whilst simultaneously supporting the Project Managers and Project Controllers with day-to-day administration
- Managing budgets coupled with reporting
- Coordinating meetings and taking minutes
- Maintaining project communications and distributing documents to appropriate project teams
- Support the team in other administrative activities
**What would you bring to the team**:
- Great teammate with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Working knowledge and proficiency with one (or more) of the following document management systems: MS Office, PowerBi, or any document control software (i.e Aconex, Projectwise, etc.) is desirable
