**About this role**:
This small, multi-disciplinary design-driven studio has a focus on the residential, hospitality, hotel and retail sectors. Through their artistic approach and passion for materiality, they strive to create meaningful, one-off interiors. This rare opportunity in a newly created position encompasses managing a positive and professional experience for staff and visitors in the studio by ensuring smooth day-to day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Fosters culture of optimism, support, collaboration, proactivity, professionalism and excellence
- Develop trusted relationships with staff to ensure their needs are being identified and met
- Understand and connect with the ethos of the practice
- Lead the Culture Committee and organise events and activities
- Manage and continually enhance a first-class studio environment
- Attend and contribute to weekly Operations Meetings
- Onboard new staff
- Prepare and update studio policies and procedures
- Liaise with building management, trades people and scheduled service providers
- Ensure smooth day-today running of the Studio’s IT
- Facilitate communication between external IT support and staff
- Perform minor internal IT support tasks
- Manage the procurement, setup and allocation of IUT hardware and software for staff and studio devices

**Skills & Experience**
- Degree qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture alternatively experience as a Studio Manager within the creative industry
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Strong passion and knowledge of the wider design industry
- Ability to run the day-to-day operations of a busy studio
- Highly organised and autonomous
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail orientated
- Skills in adobe suite and Microsoft office an advantage
