a.n studio

a.n studio is looking for a full-time Producer to join the team on a 1-year fixed-term contract, with the opportunity to grow and expand in the future. You will work directly alongside our Creative Director / DOP on a range of productions, as well as managing projects in collaboration with exciting clients.

Producer roles and responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- As Producer, you will be responsible to ensure projects are delivered in a timely and successful manner
- You will manage new projects by liaising with potential clients and managing all correspondence responding to the following created alongside our Creative Director. Briefs, quotes, pitches, treatments, budgets and production proposals.
- Your role is to bring talent and teams together and make sure great work is done across all levels of production.
- You establish what gets done and when making sure projects are profitable and doable, with realistic targets and deadlines.
- Overseeing production on a.n studio projects, including call sheets, schedules, crewing and budgeting - being a line producer on shoot days
- Hiring, arranging and organising crew members and supervising production personnel
- Assisting with inbound communications of the Creative Director while they are working on set.
- Responsible for input for developing new business alongside. Building and maintaining relationships with agencies, suppliers, directors and industry members.
- Constantly looking for new business opportunities

Skills required
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience working in a similar role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; demonstrated writing skills with careful attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational, project planning, personal presentation, interpersonal and time management skills.
