**About Us**

We are looking for a Master Data Analyst who is a critical thinker and thrives in an environment that promotes a high level of accuracy, governance, and process improvement. Adaptable in ever-changing environments, you will be able to address system issues effectively and efficiently and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
As the Master Data Analyst, you will:

- Timely and accurate actioning of cases that come through the system from stakeholders
- Maintain and update data to accurately reflect contracts or variations to eliminate discrepancies
- Issue resolution of all cases, with a focus on long term solutions
- Solve carrier invoicing and credit issues in collaboration with the Claims team
- Proactively communicating around, and efficiently resolving all discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders
- Be a part of ongoing stakeholder training to enhance processes & systems Process improvement and efficiency identification

We are looking for:

- Minimum of 12 months of Analytical and/or Systems experience
- MS Office (Intermediate - Advanced Excel)
- Successful track record of problem solving and continuous improvement projects
- Proven ability to manipulate, analyse and interpret data for decision-making
- Demonstrate strong mathematical ability
- Commerce or Business Info Systems qualification desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
