You will manage a small passionate and friendly team. **The position**: - Operationally manage the outlet on a day-to-day basis - Work with the Operations Manager to achieve budgets and targets - Effectively train and manage the team - Maintain equipment and ensure cafe is always at standard **The Person**: - 2-3 years' experience in similar position - fine dining or corporate setting desirable - Certifications or qualifications in hospitality management preferred - Impeccable presentation and grooming - always presenting best foot forward - All-rounder capability - able to make quality coffee and manage a great team As a Manager with Compass Group, you will have the support, infrastructure, systems and processes that you would expect from a global organisational.
