**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Operational Leadership**:

- Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor equipment for optimal functionality.
- Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

**Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff.
- Schedule shifts and manage staff performance.

**Customer Service**:

- Ensure exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high service standards.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics.

**Menu Development and Quality Control**:

- Collaborate with chefs to develop and update the cafe menu.
- Ensure consistent quality of food and beverages.
- Monitor customer preferences and trends to adjust offerings accordingly.

**Marketing and Promotion**:

- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and loyalty programs.

**Pleasant Personality**:

- Demonstrate a friendly and approachable demeanour, creating a positive atmosphere for both customers and staff.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Relevant qualification and 2 years experience or 3 years relevant experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in cafe or restaurant management is required.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
